Accessibility

We are dedicated to providing a safe and comfortable environment for all of our patrons. Paramount Bristol offers accessible and companion seating which can be purchased online, or by phone and in person through the Box Office. If the event you would like to attend is a General Admission show, you may contact the Box Office in advance, or identify yourself to the ushers and they will make sure you are placed in an accessible seat. Please call our Box Office if you have any questions or need assistance (Tuesday through Friday, Noon to 6PM at 423-274-8920).

Alcoholic Beverages and Concessions

A variety of refreshments, including candy, chips, popcorn, soda pop, iced tea and water are available for purchase. The Paramount also offers a full bar with premium brands, wine by the glass and a selection of craft beers on tap. You must be 21, show proof of age, and wear a wristband to purchase alcoholic beverages. Refreshments may be enjoyed inside the auditorium.

Becoming a member of Paramount Bristol confers special benefits that increase with the donation level, from discount tickets to First Look Ticketing with advance notice of new shows and concierge service, to secure the best seats available for any show.

The Paramount Foundation, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization. As such, your contribution is tax-deductible to the extent allowable under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Membership is valid for one year from date of purchase. For more information about the membership levels, please click here.

Box Office Hours

Tuesday through Friday from Noon until 6:00 PM. Tickets may be purchased in person at The Paramount Box Office, or by phone at (423) 274-8920. You may also purchase tickets online 24/7.

Camera Policy

Flash photography is not permitted during concerts. Photography and video are at the discretion of the promoter or performer.

Discount Tickets

Paramount members get the best seats at the best prices and other benefits to enhance your experience at The Paramount. Click here for more information about membership.
Seniors (64 and over), Students with a valid student ID, Children (12 and under) and active military and veterans receive discounts on tickets where applicable.

Doors Opening

The Box Office opens two hours prior to the performance on show nights. Doors to the Paramount Bristol lobby open one hour prior to the performance. Auditorium doors open one half hour prior to curtain.

Fees Explained

Ticket prices to all Paramount Bristol events includes face value of the ticket, a facility fee, a Box Office service fee, and TN and Bristol sales taxes. The facility fee supports long-term maintenance and improvements to our historic theater. The Box Office fee covers the cost of operating a Box Office, including staffing, software licensing, web upkeep and merchant services. Note: the cost of tickets is the same whether purchased online or at the Box Office.

General Admission

General Admission refers to seating that is not assigned but is occupied on a first-come, first-served basis.

Group Sales

Our Box Office staff can assist you with group seating. Group discounts are offered for groups of 10 or more, on a show-by-show basis. Please call (423) 274-8920 during Box Office hours, Tuesday through Friday from Noon to 6PM.

Guest Conduct

We ask all guests to be respectful of those around them. We reserve the right to remove anyone who interferes with other patrons’ enjoyment of the show. Smoking is prohibited everywhere inside the theatre.

Lost and Found

We will hold any items that we find in the theater after the show. Call the Box Office Tuesday through Friday, from Noon to 6PM to describe the lost item. If your item has a name on it, we will contact you.

Prohibited Items

  • Outside food, drinks and alcohol
  • Coolers
  • Oversized bags
  • Explosives or weapons of any kind
  • Pets (except for documented service animals)
  • Laser pens
  • Cameras with telephoto or zoom lenses (unless approved by management)

Ticket Policies

Tickets are not refundable and all sales are final. If a show is rescheduled, your ticket for the original show will be honored at the re-scheduled date. If a show is cancelled and no make-up date is announced, then the ticket is refundable. The refund will happen automatically if you purchased with a credit card, otherwise if you paid cash, you need to come to the Box Office for a refund. Cash refunds are available for 30 days.

  • Online purchase confirmation – After you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive the e-mail, contact the Box Office Tuesday-Friday from Noon until 6PM.
  • Third party ticket sites – Paramount Bristol is not affiliated with any third party ticket sites like Stub Hub. We cannot be responsible for tickets purchased through any site other than www.paramountbristol.org. We reserve the right to revoke tickets sold to a broker or unauthorized third party. If you are holding a revoked ticket, you will not be admitted and will not receive a refund.
  • Sold out shows – If the performance is sold out, there are no tickets available for purchase. Call or stop by the Box Office to inquire about a waiting list.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ALLOWED. EVENT DATE, TIME & PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. PATRONS WHO DECLINE TO LEAVE CONTACT EMAIL OR PHONE NUMBER AT TIME OF PURCHASE WILL HAVE NO RECOURSE TO SEEK EXCHANGE OR REFUND, IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT.

TICKETS FOUND ALTERED IN ANY WAY WILL BE DEEMED COUNTERFIET, INVALID, AND WILL BE REVOKED WITHOUT REFUND. PURCHASER MUST BE PREPARED TO PRESENT VALID IDENTIFICATION AND THE CREDIT CARD USED IN THE PURCHASE TRANSACTION WHEN CLAIMING TICKETS AT THE BOX-OFFICE OR WILL CALL STATION DAY OF SHOW.

Will Call

If you opted for Will Call as the delivery method for your tickets, you can pick them up at the Box Office any day prior to the show during Box Office hours. On the night of the event, your tickets will be available one hour before doors open.
