ACCESSIBILITY

Paramount Bristol is dedicated to providing a safe and comfortable environment for all of our patrons. Paramount Bristol offers accessible and companion seating which can be purchased online, by phone or in person through the Box Office. For General Admission shows, you may contact the Box Office in advance, or identify yourself to the ushers and they will make sure you are placed in an accessible seat. Please also let the Box Office know if you or someone in your party is hearing or vision impaired, and we will be happy to provide as many accommodations as possible.

Additionally, please be advised that performances at Paramount Bristol may contain strobe lighting, haze/fog, or similar special effects. Please call our Box Office if you have any questions or need assistance (Tuesday through Friday, Noon to 6PM at 423-274-8920)

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AND CONCESSIONS

A variety of refreshments, including candy, popcorn, Coca Cola products and water are available for purchase. Paramount Bristol also offers a limited bar with premium brands, wine by the glass and a selection of beers on tap. You must be 21, show proof of age, and wear a wristband to purchase alcoholic beverages. Refreshments may be enjoyed inside the auditorium

The Paramount Foundation, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization. As such, your contribution is tax-deductible to the extent allowable under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. BOX OFFICE HOURS

Tuesday through Friday from Noon until 6:00 PM. Tickets may be purchased in person at the Paramount Bristol Box Office, or by phone at (423) 274-8920. You may also purchase tickets online 24/7 at www.paramountbristol.org.

CAMERA POLICY

Flash photography is not permitted during concerts. Photography and video are at the discretion of the promoter or performer.

CANCELLATIONS

In the event of a cancellation or postponement, Paramount Bristol staff will contact you via the email and phone number you provided at the time of purchase. Please be sure to leave accurate and detailed contact information. You will be given the option of keeping your tickets for a postponed date, exchanging your tickets for another show on our calendar, exchanging your tickets for a Membership, or receiving a refund.

Seniors (60 and over), Students of any age, Children (12 & under) and active military & veterans receive discounts on tickets where applicable.

DOORS OPENING

The Box Office opens two hours prior to the performance on show nights. Doors to the Paramount Bristol lobby open one hour prior to the performance. Auditorium doors open one half hour prior to curtain.

EXIT AND RE-ENTRY

Paramount Bristol reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person violating venue rules; local, state or federal law; or whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly, or offensive by management and/or the event producer.

Persons entering the venue may be subject to search. Please see the list of Prohibited Items below. No bags larger than a standard backpack or diaper bag are allowed. We have a strict no-re-entry policy during performances. Exits are well lit at the front and rear of the auditorium, at the front of the lobby, and near the women’s restroom.

FEES EXPLAINED

Ticket prices to all Paramount Bristol events include face value of the ticket, a facility fee, a Box Office service fee, and TN & Bristol sales taxes. The facility fee supports long-term maintenance and improvements to our historic theater. The Box Office fee covers the cost of operating a Box Office, including staffing, software licensing, web upkeep and merchant services. Note: the cost of tickets is the same whether purchased online or at the Box Office.

GENERAL ADMISSION

General Admission refers to seating that is not assigned but is occupied on a first-come, first-served basis.

GROUP SALES

Our Box Office staff can assist you with group seating. Group discounts are offered for groups of 10 or more, on a show-by-show basis. Please call (423) 274-8920 during Box Office hours, Tuesday through Friday from Noon to 6PM.

GUEST CONDUCT

We ask all guests to be respectful of those around them. We reserve the right to remove anyone who interferes with other patrons’ enjoyment of the show. Smoking is prohibited everywhere inside the theatre.

LOST AND FOUND

We will hold any items that we find in the theater after the show. Call the Box Office Tuesday through Friday, from Noon to 6PM to describe the lost item. If your item has a name on it, we will contact you.

PROHIBITED ITEMS
  • Outside food, drinks and alcohol

  • Coolers

  • Oversized bags

  • Explosives or weapons of any kind

  • Pets (except for documented service animals)

  • Laser pens

  • Cameras with telephoto or zoom lenses (unless approved by management)

TICKET POLICIES

Tickets are not refundable and all sales are final. If a show is rescheduled, your ticket for the original show will be honored at the re-scheduled date. If a show is canceled and no make-up date is announced, then the ticket is refundable. Please contact the Box Office for refund information. 

  • Online purchase confirmation – After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive the e-mail, contact the Box Office Tuesday-Friday from Noon until 6PM.

  • Third party ticket sites – Paramount Bristol does not allocate tickets or authorize any other ticket seller, service, broker or agent to sell tickets to our events. In Tennessee, anyone may buy and resell legitimate tickets. Therefore, buyers should strongly consider the following before purchasing from a third party:

    • Resellers may carry substantial service fees, often much higher than face value. We cannot control the fees someone else may charge for tickets.

    • We cannot be responsible for tickets purchased through third parties. Your tickets cannot be replaced if lost or stolen

    • We cannot guarantee that your tickets are valid and, therefore, cannot guarantee admittance.

    • We cannot contact you with information regarding time changes, show cancellations or other information.

    • Duplicate, counterfeit or otherwise altered tickets will not be honored for admission to any performance.

To avoid these issues, purchase tickets only from Paramount Bristol by visiting our box office, ordering by phone at 423-274-8920, or purchasing online at www.paramountbristol.org.

  • Sold-out shows – If the performance is sold out, no tickets are available for purchase. Call or stop by the Box Office to inquire about a waiting list.

Terms and Conditions

When purchasing a ticket, buyer agrees to the following Terms and Conditions:

TICKETS PURCHASED FROM OR RESOLD BY UNAUTHORIZED SOURCES WILL BE DEEMED INVALID & WILL BE REVOKED WITHOUT REFUND. TICKETS FOUND ALTERED IN ANY WAY WILL BE DEEMED COUNTERFEIT, INVALID, & WILL BE REVOKED WITHOUT REFUND. PURCHASERS MUST BE PREPARED TO PRESENT VALID IDENTIFICATION & THE CREDIT CARD USED IN THE PURCHASE TRANSACTION WHEN CLAIMING TICKETS AT THE BOX-OFFICE OR WILL CALL.

TICKET HOLDER AGREES NOT TO  PHOTOGRAPH, VIDEO OR RECORD, NOR TRANSMIT ANY DESCRIPTION, ACCOUNT, PICTURE OR REPRODUCTION OF THE EVENT EXCEPT WITH THE EXPRESSED WRITTEN PERMISSION OF MANAGEMENT. TICKET HOLDER GRANTS PERMISSION TO UTILIZE THE HOLDER’S IMAGE OR LIKENESS IN CONNECTION WITH ANY PHOTOGRAPH, VIDEO OR OTHER RECORDING MEANS FOR TRANSMISSION, BROADCAST OR PROMOTIONAL USE.

THIS TICKET IS A REVOCABLE LICENSE SUBJECT TO THE FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS, WHICH ARE AVAILABLE ONLINE AT WWW.PARAMOUNTBRISTOL.ORG. MANAGEMENT MAY, WITHOUT REFUND, REVOKE THIS LICENSE OR REFUSE ADMISSION FOR NONCOMPLIANCE WITH THESE TERMS OR FOR DISORDERLY OR DISRUPTIVE CONDUCT.

AT THIS TIME, PATRONS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO WEAR MASKS OR PROVIDE PROOF OF VACCINATION. BY ATTENDING ANY EVENT AT PARAMOUNT BRISTOL, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ACCEPT SOLE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE RISKS THAT COME FROM BEING AT AN INDOOR VENUE.

WILL CALL

If you opted for Will Call as the delivery method for your tickets, you can pick them up at the Box Office any day prior to the show during Box Office hours. On the night of the event, your tickets will be available one hour before doors open.
