Paramount Bristol offers accessible and companion seating which can be purchased online, or by phone and in person through the Box Office. If the event you would like to attend is a General Admission show, you may contact the Box Office in advance, or identify yourself to the ushers and they will make sure you are placed in an accessible seat. The Paramount Foundation, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization. As such, your contribution is tax-deductible to the extent allowable under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. BOX OFFICE HOURS
Tuesday through Friday from Noon until 6:00 PM. Tickets may be purchased in person at the Paramount Bristol Box Office, or by phone at (423) 274-8920. You may also purchase tickets online 24/7.

Seniors (64 and over), Students with a valid student ID, Children (12 and under) and active military and veterans receive discounts on tickets where applicable.
The Box Office opens two hours prior to the performance on show nights. Doors to the Paramount Bristol lobby open one hour prior to the performance. Auditorium doors open one half hour prior to curtain.

EXIT AND RE-ENTRY
We have a strict no-re-entry policy during performances.
Ticket prices to all Paramount Bristol events includes face value of the ticket, a facility fee, a Box Office service fee, and TN and Bristol sales taxes. The facility fee supports long-term maintenance and improvements to our historic theater. The Box Office fee covers the cost of operating a Box Office, including staffing, software licensing, web upkeep and merchant services. Note: the cost of tickets is the same whether purchased online or at the Box Office.
General Admission refers to seating that is not assigned but is occupied on a first-come, first-served basis.
Our Box Office staff can assist you with group seating. Group discounts are offered for groups of 10 or more, on a show-by-show basis. Please call (423) 274-8920 during Box Office hours, Tuesday through Friday from Noon to 6PM.
We ask all guests to be respectful of those around them. We reserve the right to remove anyone who interferes with other patrons’ enjoyment of the show. Smoking is prohibited everywhere inside the theatre.
LOST AND FOUND
We will hold any items that we find in the theater after the show. Call the Box Office Tuesday through Friday, from Noon to 6PM to describe the lost item. If your item has a name on it, we will contact you.
- Outside food, drinks and alcohol
- Oversized bags
- Explosives or weapons of any kind
- Pets (except for documented service animals)
- Laser pens
- Cameras with telephoto or zoom lenses (unless approved by management)
SEASON SPONSORSHIP AND UNDERWRITING
Tickets are not refundable and all sales are final. If a show is rescheduled, your ticket for the original show will be honored at the re-scheduled date. If a show is cancelled and no make-up date is announced, then the ticket is refundable. The refund will happen automatically if you purchased with a credit card, otherwise if you paid cash, you need to come to the Box Office for a refund. Cash refunds are available for 30 days.
- Online purchase confirmation – After you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive the e-mail, contact the Box Office Tuesday-Friday from Noon until 6PM.
- Third party ticket sites – Paramount Bristol is not affiliated with any third party ticket sites like Stub Hub. We cannot be responsible for tickets purchased through any site other than www.paramountbristol.org. We reserve the right to revoke tickets sold to a broker or unauthorized third party. If you are holding a revoked ticket, you will not be admitted and will not receive a refund.
- Sold out shows – If the performance is sold out, there are no tickets available for purchase. Call or stop by the Box Office to inquire about a waiting list.

If you opted for Will Call as the delivery method for your tickets, you can pick them up at the Box Office any day prior to the show during Box Office hours. On the night of the event, your tickets will be available one hour before doors open.
