This live broadcast features newgrass pioneer and bluegrass legend Sam Bush, regional favorite Annabelle’s Curse and the Farm and Fun Time house band Bill and The Belles.
Join us for the beloved classic fairytale, the Sleeping Beauty, live on stage on May 13. The ballet tells the timeless fable of Princess Aurora, who is cursed by the evil fairy Carabosse. If she pricks her finger on a spindle, she will fall into a deep sleep for one hundred years, and can only be awakened by true love’s kiss. The good fairies, led by the Lilac Fairy, guide Aurora and Prince Desire as they journey towards their happily ever after.

The Mavericks, the eclectic rock and country group known for crisscrossing musical boundaries with abandon, has gone through three distinct phases since it was founded in Miami in 1989. An initial period of heady success marked by big hits and critical acclaim in the ‘90s. A long hiatus starting 2003 when the musicians each went their own way. And finally, a triumphant reunion in 2012 which held long enough for them to recently celebrate the band’s 30th anniversary.
